Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
